Description"Process Optimization for configuration and set up of idevices (devices with IOS) within complex organizations.When I considered doing this project as a final thesis, my first thought that crossed my mind was "This is not a fit to use Design Thinking approach". To me my understanding of projects that involve process improvement, are better fit for a Lean Six Sigma methodology. However, I decided to dig deeper into this opportunity and learn more about it, I wanted to understand systematically, the challenge behind of a "simple" configuration of idevices.
In this section, I briefly outline the complication of the process as perceived by the stakeholders.
To start I need to understand no only the process itself but also the context. To configure an idevice seems to me too simple, with no human implication. I wanted to learn more about the interactions within the organization, the service provided and how important this improvement could be to the business and to the people involved in this process."
