DescriptionIn this bachelor thesis, I examine the communication behavior of our older generation with their family and relatives. Related to that, I investigate how connectedness can be improved and simplified by technologyoriented solutions.
I'm researching how technology has to present itself and which benefits it has to fulfill to address an old target group. That all with a strong focus on strengthening the connection of older generation better with their social environment. Today we have a whole new area of the technological possibilities. Now they just have to be
adapted for useful purposes and, above all, they have to be readily accessible to people who can benefit greatly.

Main question: How to connect the older generation better with their social environment using technology?
