Beschreibung"Domain and business knowledge of a software development team are crucial to creating value for clients and end users. A design thinking working group was established. The group examined how business knowledge is currently acquired and shared within their international team. They discovered aspects which work well (e.g., collaborative learning), aspects which do not (e.g., information management, language barriers), and investigated the root causes and effects of the latter. Together, they boiled down their insights to the question "How might we provide knowledge about the business context of the software to a new team member in a way that is fun and sustainable?" and ideated solutions.
