Description"Storytelling is central to how we as humans interact with each other and our surroundings. Well-told stories have the potential to influence consumers' experiences by evoking emotions and influencing purchasing behaviour.

This thesis tells the story of "little mokshi", a design studio in Baden, Switzerland, who have used a Design Thinking approach to discover who they really are and what it is their customers value. It concludes with the conceptualisation of a virtual reality space where thought-provoking stories about "little mokshi" and their products can be experienced.

The subject at the heart of this thesis is storytelling: how we might better tell stories to our customers and engage them in deeper and more meaningful way. A brief literature study on this topic is included within this text."
