Cover for TM magazine No. 11 1973. Typographie kann unter Umständen Kunst sein. Typography can (possibly) be art. Overall theme for covers was to analyse words that have a relationship to communication and typography. Quotes / thoughts were used from researched manuscripts of scientists and theoreticians of the 20s / 30s / 40s / 50s / 60s in response to the question ‘What is typography’. Hand composed by WW then zinc plate created. Black and silver. Special issues meant 3 x numbers are missing from WW series: 1 Dario Zuffo, 8.9 Helmut Schmied.
