DescriptionTextile is one of the main mediums from the author of this thesis. She has been making figurative collages from recycled fabric since 2012. For her master thesis, she researched one hundred years back into the history of her family, which has a longstanding tradition in clothes making. She wrote these stories based on her mother’s words and what she heard from her parents in these stories. The author sees these texts as a patchwork, a collage, where stories of her family intertwine with the history of her country.
