With the current hardships these highly demanded individuals face overcoming self-managing obstacles, the opportunity to design solutions for them to overcome these challenges as well as to grow and improve has gained weight in importance. A human-centered design approach was applied to guarantee that the target group is at the core of the project in its every stage. The project was achieved through researching topics such as self-management, self-reflection and experts’ behaviors. The results led to the design of a digital app that helps novice creatives with self-management issues."
